Upgrade or cancel your plan

Plan changes live on the account’s Billing screen. Anyone with billing-admin access on the account can change the plan; other roles see a read-only view.

  • Review the current usage on the Usage screen so you know which limits drove the decision.
  • Compare plans on the Pricing page — it always reflects the current tiers and limits.
  • Confirm the change is approved by whoever owns spend on your side.
Billing Usage tab — check which limits you are pushing on before you change plans.
  1. Open the account’s Billing screen.

  2. Click Change plan. A side-by-side view shows your current plan and the available targets.

Billing Plans tab — compare tiers and features side by side before you pick one.
  3. Pick the new plan. The summary shows the new monthly amount and any prorated charge for the rest of the current billing period.

Plan-change confirmation dialog — review the prorated charge before you confirm.
  4. Confirm. New capabilities and limits apply immediately. The next invoice reflects the prorated charge.

Your existing runs, dashboards, and members are unaffected. New limits apply to new runs.

Downgrades follow the same flow. The new plan applies immediately, and any capabilities the new plan does not include become unavailable (for example, private locations, dashboard templates). Existing data is preserved — you just cannot use the gated capabilities until you upgrade again.

  1. Open the account’s Billing screen.
  2. Click Cancel subscription. You will be asked to confirm.
  3. Pick when cancellation takes effect — at the end of the current billing period (default) or immediately.
  4. Confirm. You receive a cancellation receipt by email.

When the cancellation takes effect, your account moves to the free tier. You keep access to your existing data and can resubscribe at any time.

If a payment fails, you will see a banner in the console and receive an email. See Billing payment issues for the recovery flow.
